Our Ruffled Elegance collection is a step up from our traditional Carolina Ruffled Curtains. These Ruffled curtains are handcrafted with detail found only in much more expensive ruffled curtains. They have super 4:1 ruffling, an 8 inch wide hemmed ruffle on the edges, a full 3" rod pocket with a 3 1/2" header, and matching hand tied bow tiebacks.
